Our 5 crucial steps to a Successful Project Completion
The first step in our process is an initial consultation with the client. This is where the team gets a feel for the client's brand, vision, and goals. The client will typically choose from the Basic, Standard, or Premium package, each providing varying levels of service. This step lays the foundation for the entire project and sets the stage for the design process.
Once the team has a clear understanding of the client's needs, the next step is in-depth research. This includes studying the client's industry, target audience, and competitors. Using this information, the team will conceptualise logo and brand identity ideas that align with the client's vision and stand out in the market.
Armed with a solid understanding of the client's needs and a conceptual framework, the design team will start creating the client's logo and brand identity. Basic package clients will receive a single design concept, whereas Standard and Premium clients will receive multiple concepts to choose from.
Mains Media then presents the design(s) to the client. The client provides feedback, and revisions are made accordingly. The Basic package includes three revisions whilst the Standard and Premium packages include four revisions. The goal is to fine-tune the design until the client is fully satisfied with the final product.
Upon approval of the design, we prepare the final files for delivery. These include vector files, which can be resized without losing quality, and a 'brand guideline document' that includes the logo, colour codes, and typefaces used. The delivery is done digitally, ensuring a quick turnaround time.

The duration varies for each project, but on average, the Basic package takes around 1 week, the Standard package takes around 1-2 weeks, and the Premium package takes around 2-3 weeks. Any add-ons will increase the turnaround time for the project.
We offer expedited services for an additional fee. Please contact our team to discuss your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Certainly! You can upgrade your package at any time during the project. However, differences such as cost and turnaround between the packages will apply.
Depending on the package chosen we offer 3-4 revisions on the initial design. These revisions are based on your feedback to ensure the final design meets your expectations.
Yes, we provide post-project support. If you have any questions or require minor tweaks to your designs, we are here to help.
At Mains Media, we require a 75% deposit upfront to align with industry standards, boost our working capital, and ensure client commitment to the project. This practice helps mitigate the risk of non-payment, maintains financial stability, and allows us to focus on delivering high-quality results while upholding our commitment to our clients.
